Gilee  a Southern California Artist with a flair for creating classic realism in her Still Life paintings, reminiscent of the Old Masters.  She was born, raised and studied art in Southern California.  Her Paintings were first presented to the public in the 1960's and have been collected since.  She has captivated art enthusiasts in and out of the United States with her elegant realism.

The technique she uses employs rich colors and exacting detail, achieved by applying numerous layers of thin, transparent paint and glazes.  And of course time, patience and love for art.  All bringing the light and glow in each painting she creates.

The subject matter she paints reflects the past to the present: from Jewel Encrusted Goblets lit by flickering candles of yesteryears to the beautiful contemporary objects of today.
